This hybrid role is based in Denver, CO and will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of our experiential marketing campaigns, brand activations, and sampling events. As a key team leader, you’ll manage internal and external resources, build client relationships, keep projects on time and on budget, and make sure every touchpoint reflects our commitment to excellence. Expect to travel occasionally across the U.S. and work some weekends—because our best work often happens where people are gathering, celebrating, and engaging with brands in real life.

Objectives (Key Responsibilities)

  • Lead End-to-End Project Management: Take ownership of experiential marketing campaigns from planning through execution. Create project scopes, workback schedules, budget forecasts, and execution strategies.
  • Manage Teams: Oversee internal creative, production, and operations teams while aligning external vendors, contractors, and brand ambassadors.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the day-to-day client lead—setting expectations, managing approvals, and providing regular updates and strategic counsel.
  • Budget Oversight: Track project expenses, flag overages early, and deliver programs that maximize impact while staying financially efficient.
  • Timeline & Milestone Management: Keep project plans on track, troubleshoot roadblocks, and adjust dynamically without compromising quality.
  • Event Support & Oversight: Attend and support high-profile activations, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. Some weekend and U.S. travel required.
  • Post-Event Wrap & Reporting: Lead post-mortem meetings, build recap reports, and present insights and KPIs to clients for future planning.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, etc.). Adobe Suite skills are a plus.
  • Creative Edge: You know how to bring creative concepts to life and collaborate with designers and strategists to elevate the experience.

Education and Experience

  • 3+ years of project or account management experience, preferably at a marketing or experiential agency.
  • Experience managing consumer-facing events or brand activations is a must.
  • Familiarity with field marketing, vendor management, and cross-functional production is a big plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel within the U.S. for events and on-site client needs.
  • Willingness to work weekends or evenings based on event schedules.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs, and assist in event setup as needed.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model (Denver-based) with a mix of remote, office, and field work.
