As our HR Coordinator, you’ll play a foundational role in supporting both internal operations and our nationwide field staff. You’ll be successful in this role if:

Objectives (Key Responsibilities)

  • Talent Acquisition Support: Assist with job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and pipeline tracking.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Own the onboarding experience for full-time and field staff—including background checks, new hire paperwork, and first-day readiness.
  • HR Admin & Compliance: Maintain employee records, ensure documentation is up-to-date, and support compliance with state and federal HR laws.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in creating programs and initiatives that foster team connection, retention, and recognition (birthdays, shoutouts, events, etc.).
  • Field Team Coordination: Help manage and maintain staff rosters for field brand ambassadors and part-time contractors across the U.S.
  • Policy & Handbook Updates: Support updates to handbooks, policies, and procedures in alignment with agency growth and legal standards.
  • Culture Development: Help shape an agency culture that’s fun, mission-driven, and aligned with our core values—especially during periods of rapid growth.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support preferred—internships or agency experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices, labor regulations, and onboarding processes is ideal.

Physical Requirements

  • This role is primarily remote/office-based, with occasional on-site needs for events or internal meetings.
  • Ability to attend occasional weekend or evening activations or recruiting events.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, work on a computer, and communicate via virtual platforms.
